By downloading, accessing, or using Lumiveo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must stop using the app.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Creations LLC.
2. Description of the Service
Lumiveo is an AI-powered video creation application that may provide features to generate videos from written prompts, create videos using user-uploaded images, and produce videos using available templates.
The app uses cloud-based artificial intelligence models to process inputs and generate video outputs. Generated results may vary.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Lumiveo. Users in the EU/EEA must be at least 16 years old unless parental consent is provided.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree that you will not upload, generate, or share illegal, abusive, hateful, harmful, pornographic, violent, misleading, dangerous, infringing, or unauthorized personal content.
You are solely responsible for all content you upload or generate through the app.
5. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Lumiveo uses machine-learning systems to generate videos. AI outputs may be unpredictable or inaccurate. We do not guarantee originality or copyright clearance.
You must review outputs before using them commercially or publicly, and you bear responsibility for content you create or publish.
6. User Accounts
Some features may require registration. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain the confidentiality of your login details, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized account use.
7. Purchases, Credits, and Subscriptions
Lumiveo may offer subscriptions, credit packages, or in-app purchases. Payments may be processed through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or other payment providers, and their billing policies apply.
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled according to the payment provider's rules. Partial subscription periods may be non-refundable.
8. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, graphics, UI elements, branding, and software belong to Creations LLC or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you upload, subject to the rights needed to operate the app.
You may not reverse-engineer, modify, redistribute, scrape, or misuse Lumiveo or its systems.
9. Third-Party Services
Lumiveo may use third-party AI engines, cloud infrastructure, analytics, payment processors, and platform services. We are not responsible for downtime, limitations, or errors caused by third-party providers.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creations LLC is not liable for loss of data, AI output errors, damages caused by user-generated content, service interruptions, or unauthorized account access.
Use of the app is at your own risk.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Lumiveo after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
